D&rsquo;un c\u00f4t\u00e9,  le pr\u00e9sident Emmanuel Macron adopte une lecture centr\u00e9e sur la fin du r\u00e9gime de Nicol\u00e0s Maduro et appelle \u00e0 une transition d\u00e9mocratique rapide, qu&rsquo;il souhaite pacifique et encadr\u00e9e par la volont\u00e9 populaire. Paris soutient explicitement l&rsquo;id\u00e9e d&rsquo;un changement de pouvoir institutionnel tout en s&rsquo;inscrivant dans une coordination diplomatique r\u00e9gionale et internationale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De l&rsquo;autre, Jean Luc M\u00e9lenchon du Parti la France insoumise, rejette toute l\u00e9gitimation d&rsquo;une action assimilable \u00e0 une intervention ou \u00e0 une ing\u00e9rence \u00e9trang\u00e8re. Il appelle la France \u00e0 condamner toute attaque contre le Venezuela, rappelant que le respect du droit demeure un principe intrangisible de la diplomatie fran\u00e7aise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u00e0 o\u00f9 Emmanuel Macron met en avant la responsabilit\u00e9 politique d&rsquo;un r\u00e9gime accus\u00e9 de violations des libert\u00e9s fondamentales, Jean Luc M\u00e9lenchon insiste sur la constante juridique et la non-alignement strat\u00e9gique de la France. Cette position illustre deux doctrines diplomatique distinctes : l&rsquo;une privil\u00e9giant l&rsquo;accompagnement politique du changement, l&rsquo;autre la stricte neutralit\u00e9 fond\u00e9e sur le droit international.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce d\u00e9bat d\u00e9passe le seul cas venezuelien.
